Loaded with alternative grit but lifted by soaring, cinematic soundscapes, Glenn Rosborough has been creating a stir since he released the single ‘Burn Blue’ in his native Ireland last October. Awarded Single Of The Fortnight by Hot Press magazine, ‘Burn Blue’ was described as “Jawdropping” by Daily Mirror (Ulster), who voted it their No.1 track of 2017 as did Ulster music website Chordblossom. Radio support came from every major Irish network, with ‘Burn Blue’ playlisted at RTE Radio One, 2fm Rising and Today FM, and Rosborough performed live sessions for Today FM, BBC Radio Foyle and BBC Radio Ulster. Last December Rosborough was invited to perform at the prestigious Other Voices Festival in Dingle alongside artists including Loyle Carner and Django Django.

‘Another Lesson’ shares ‘Burn Blue’s multi-instrumental grace and is the perfect track to launch Derry-born Rosborough to a wider audience.

"It was a house party, we’d been up all night and everybody fell out with each other about something that no one remembers,” he recalls of the song’s inspiration. "It’s about that human capability of having control then losing control. Life’s about choices. You can make excuses or take responsibility for how you interact with the world. Not allowing yourself to get sucked into negativity in life is the best thing you can do.”

Following support tours in 2017 with DMAs, Mew and Seafret, Rosborough opened 2018 with a headline Irish tour and will support Neon Waltz on their UK tour throughout February and March, including a show at London’s Omeara on Feb 28th. He has also been confirmed for Sound City Festival in Liverpool in May, and Festival No.6, Kendal Calling and Y Not Festivals over the summer. Further festival appearances to be announced shortly.

This year Glenn has been on tour both as a headline artist and supporting some great acts including The DMAs, Mew and Seafret throughout the UK and Europe. He has also appeared at festivals such as the Great Escape and Community Festival, showcasing new songs whilst building a great live reputation and loyal following.
